Warranty Process
Step 1
Submit a Warranty Request
Fill out our Warranty Request form > with your product details, issue description, and proof of purchase. Our support team will review your submission and respond within 24–48 hours..
Step 2
Ship the Product
Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to our office address. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. After inspection, we’ll proceed with the warranty claim.
Step 3
Repair or Replacement
If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll repair or replace the product and ship it back to you. If not, we’ll provide a repair estimate and options for paid service.
